Small-Batch. Sierra Crafted. Family Owned.
Nestled in California’s Sierra Foothills near the Hidden Falls region, the Graff family's apiary began with two hives and a simple passion for the science of beekeeping. What started as a family hobby has grown into an exciting small-batch honey venture built around craftsmanship, pollinator stewardship, and a love for natural science.
Together, our family (Jeremy, Lan, and son Maxim) turned a quiet farmette into a thriving bucolic lifestyle centered around the art of beekeeping. We tend to the bustling hives that anchor our pollinator waystation. Maxim, a budding handler, has been alongside us at a young age learning the apiculture way.
Stepping into the world of apiculture is ultimately an investment in patience, keen observation, and a deeper connection to the natural world. Beyond the rewards of honey harvest, we continue to tend to these remarkable insects, hopeful to keep this timeless craft alive for seasons to come.
